Aoife is an Educational and Developmental Registrar with a Master’s degree in Educational and Developmental Psychology from Monash University, as well as a Master’s degree in Publishing and Editing.Aoife is passionate about education and supporting students, families and schools to enable all young people to thrive. She has therapeutic intervention experience working with children and their families to develop executive functioning and organisational skills, social skills, emotion regulation, self-esteem, and anxiety management skills. Aoife has also conducted a wide range of psychoeducational assessments in private practice, schools and clinic settings for Specific Learning Disorders, Giftedness, Autism, Intellectual Disability and ADHD.Aoife’s Psychology Masters research focused on the impacts of childhood trauma on learning and executive function and she presented at the PACFA Trauma Conference in Sydney in February 2019 on the experiences of teachers working with children exposed to trauma.
