Simon Ly graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise Science (Clinical Practice) from Victoria University and a Master of Physiotherapy from Flinders University. With a strong background in health and fitness through previous roles as a gym and fitness instructor and over a decade of gym training experience, Simon brings extensive expertise in exercise selection and prescription, tailoring recovery plans to suit clients of all abilities.
Simon has a strong passion for musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports physiotherapy, with a particular focus on helping patients improve mobility, manage pain, and enhance their quality of life through effective rehabilitation. His multilingual skills—fluent in English, Cantonese, and Teochew, with an understanding of Vietnamese—allow him to connect meaningfully with a diverse range of clients, reflecting his commitment to inclusive care.
Outside of work, Simon is an avid soccer player, runner, and aspiring powerlifter, with ambitions to compete in the sport in the near future. He also loves to travel and has dreams of exploring Europe someday.
Simon’s approach to physiotherapy is guided by the inspiring words of Nelson Mandela: “It always seems impossible until it’s done.” This reflects his commitment to empowering clients holistically to overcome challenges and achieve their optimal physical health, even at their most vulnerable moments.
