Overview

Scott has worked as a child and adolescent psychologist in the Northern Mallee since 2019. Working predominately within the education sector, Scott has provided psychological therapy, psycho-educational assessment, student and staff capacity building, and crisis intervention to staff and students. He is trained in a number of therapeutic modalities with a focus on trauma-focussed and developmental therapies. Scott also has a special interest in neurodiversity and learning difficulties. He is a member of the Code Read Dyslexia Network and is an advocate for the inclusion of educational practices that are backed by rigorous scientific evidence in schools. He has assessed and provided guidance to many students with Dyslexia, Dysgraphia and Dyscalculia in the Northern Mallee region.
