Rick is a Professional Youth Worker and Youth Mentor who lives and works on the Mornington Peninsula and online. Community focused Youth Service offering Counselling, Mentoring & Support for young people aged 12 - 25 years old. Ricks focus is but not limited to assistance with: -Building resilience to alleviate symptoms caused by Depression & Anxiety -Discover your Unique Character Strengths & Unlock Potential - Develop an understanding of personal narrative through the use of journalling and narrative therapies. - Developing tools to co-exist with everyday life and relationships. - Support with all aspects of life including: Family, Social & Personal relationships. -1 on 1 Mentoring that sets the stage for living a life you were born to live without fear or doubt taking up room in your head. I am a mentor above anything else. Standing beside young people as they regain authorship over their lives.
