He has over 30 years of experience as a massage therapist and is qualified in nutrition and holistic health coaching. Health coaching involves lifestyle management, nutrition, and movement that best suits your needs. Peter also has a passion for Qigong and Tai Chi which he practices and teaches for health and well-being at JinLi-Wushu Tai Chi School.
