Luke Littleford strongly believes that everyone has the right to access support to live a mentally healthy life. Luke has well developed analytical thinking and problem solving skills, with the ability to apply reasoning to understand difficulties. He uses evidence-based practice to provide the best outcomes for clients. With a strong sense of empathy and a focus on collaboration, Luke effectively employs therapeutic techniques such as CBT, ACT and Mindfulness. This facilitates personal growth and resilience. He believes in the power of a personalised approach and adapts his methods to align with the unique needs and goals of each client. He has experience working with a diverse range of clients and has a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing sleep difficulties, stress, burnout, worry, anxiety disorders, and mood disorders. He has a specific interest in men’s mental health across the lifespan. Luke’s passion for acquiring knowledge is evident through his engagement with evidence- based research and professional development. He uses this to inform his practice, ensuring clients receive individualised support that effectively addresses their mental health needs.
