Josef Rozio is the founder and lead counsellor at Mindful Reactions Counselling. With qualifications in counselling, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Timeline Therapy, Josef takes a holistic and practical approach to mental well-being. He is passionate about helping clients break free from repetitive thought patterns, reduce anxiety, and reconnect with the present moment.
Josef’s counselling style is direct yet empathetic, practical yet insightful. He blends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques with philosophical insights to create a therapy experience that is engaging, results-focused, and even a little humorous when appropriate.
