Jason is a registered Psychologist and Clinical Psychology registrar, who emphasizes the role of the therapeutic relationship in encouraging clients to feel safe, supported, and heard. Jason is passionate about emphasizing an individual’s strengths, and reflecting on how to best utilize these qualities in facing and overcoming adversity.
Jason’s approach is marked by warmth and curiosity, cultivating a space that is free from judgement and centred on the client. Jason considers the client as the expert in their own lives, and hopes that through active collaboration, they may be supported in developing deeper insight, greater acceptance, and increased resilience. Jason believes in equipping the client with tools they can carry and take with them, beyond the therapy room.
