With a background spanning hospitality, sales, advertising, and not-for-profits, as well as several years managing a psychology practice, I have developed a deep understanding of human connection and the challenges people face at different stages of life.
Having completed my formal training and been practicing with supervision for nearly two years, I am passionate about empowering individuals to achieve meaningful change. I draw on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing, while also integrating tools from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and other modalities. My goal is to tailor therapy to each client's unique needs, ensuring it is practical, accessible, and impactful.
