Ewan is a Psychologist with extensive experience working with clients across the lifespan, from childhood through to late adulthood.
He has experience working with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment to change, emotional regulation, and conflict. He has a particular interest in relationships and family systems.
Ewan believes no therapy will be effective without a solid foundation of trust, warmth, and respect, and this is his first priority with all clients. He draws most heavily from therapies with a solid evidence base, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the Gottman Method for couples therapy.
Ewan is available for appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
