Hi! I’m Evan, a psychologist with Melbourne Wellbeing Group. I work hard to provide a safe therapeutic space for clients where they can be open and honest without fear of judgement. I support clients in helping them overcome their mental health difficulties, achieve their goals, live in line with their values, and improve their wellbeing. I have experience working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, substance abuse, interpersonal difficulties, social anxiety, trauma, and personalities issues. I use a range of evidence-based therapies including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and schema therapy.
