Edward is a strengths-based systemic counsellor and psychotherapist. He has a passion for trauma therapy and the healing of attachment wounds.
I have a deep trust in your capacity to heal and recover from trauma and other mental health challenges, and I’m here to support you on your journey of reconnecting.
Together, we will ‘co-create’ a space for healing. I am committed to helping you feel heard and understood, so you can find freedom within yourself.
My approach is systemic, forming a deeper understanding of your family system and the bonds that shape our experiences.
I draw from understandings of trauma and the nervous system, as well as a range of experiential techniques, such as somatic parts work and art therapies, to help you locate your own strengths and resources.
We are not just what has happened to us, but also what we become. Mapping healing journeys looks different for everyone, and I will help you navigate your own inner terrain safely, in a way that is right for you.
