Connor is a registered psychologist and clinical psychology registrar who works in both private practice and public health. His work is grounded in creating a warm and non-judgemental therapeutic space, that is tailored to his clients' personal needs.
In his therapeutic work, Connor employs evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy. His work is also guided by principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Schema Therapy. Connor has experience working with anxiety, depression, and sleep disorders. He has particular interest in working with substance use disorders and addiction. Connor's experience in the public health system means that he is well versed in working with clients that are experiencing challenges with chronic pain, grief, and adjustment related to health concerns, such as the challenges associated with a cancer diagnosis.
Connor has completed a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. He is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and is a Medicare provider.
