Cameron has experience in working with adults, older adults, and couples. He has worked with individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues and as such is well versed in treating concerns from depression, anxiety, anger management, sleep disorders, PTSD, and couples. He has previously worked within the aviation community, Iraq and Afghanistan veterans through the VVCS, the general community and private settings and as such is highly adaptable in his therapeutic approach to suit his client’s needs.
Cameron uses a range of therapeutic interventions, which he tailors to individual client goals and therapy requirements. These include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Exposure Therapy . Cameron uses therapy based on empirical intervention and as such uses best practice interventions to suit individual needs. His passion is to see individuals do well in life through helping them overcome problems, situations, and experiences that hold them back and assist clients in mastery of the skills they need to flourish in all areas of life. He is recognised and registered as a Medicare provider.
