Brant is a registered psychologist who is passionate about the positive, transformative effect the therapeutic relationship can have—a sentiment based not only on psychological literature but, more importantly, first-hand experience. Therefore, he takes a collaborative, non-judgemental, person-centred approach to therapy based on a mixture of insight, emotional processing, and skill development. Brant's therapeutic style finds its foundation in schema therapy whilst also drawing from cognitive behavioural therapy and dialectical behavioural therapy.
