Mr Amal Saleh-Zada Counsellor

As a registered counsellor with over a decade of experience, I specialise in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I consider it a privilege to serve in this role, and I bring a unique strength to the counselling space through humour. My passion lies in men’s mental health, where I aim to foster a safe environment for candid discussions about emotions and the challenges men face. The quality of our relationship is crucial to our counselling journey. Together, we will enhance your self-awareness and explore any barriers preventing you from living your best life, equipping you with the skills to overcome them. I integrate various counselling modalities, including person-centred (client-led), solution-focused, and CBT, tailored to meet your needs. Expect moments of laughter—we may share a joke or two, and sometimes, you might even laugh at my expense. But rest assured, it's all part of creating a supportive and engaging therapeutic experience. Outside of counselling, you'll find me exploring remote hiking trails, practising martial arts, sketching when not busy with woodworking, or staying updated on the latest tech gadgets.
