As a registered counsellor with over a decade of experience, I specialise in supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults. I consider walking alongside clients in their journey a privilege, bringing warmth, understanding, and a touch of humour to the counselling space. My passion lies in mental health, Autism, and ADHD. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where you can openly explore emotions and challenges. The foundation of our work together is the quality of our relationship, which I believe is key to meaningful change. Together, we’ll deepen your self-awareness, identify obstacles, and develop practical strategies to help you thrive. I draw from various evidence-based modalities, including person-centred (client-led), solution-focused, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), tailoring each session to meet your unique needs. Expect moments of genuine connection and, yes, some laughter along the way. Whether it’s sharing a joke or a light-hearted moment (even at my expense!), humour can be a powerful tool in creating a positive and engaging therapeutic experience. Outside of counselling, I enjoy exploring remote hiking trails, practising martial arts, sketching, woodworking, and staying curious about the latest tech innovations.
