Overview

Alex is an experienced performance coach with an extensive background in the NRL, Super Rugby, and VFL competitions, as well as private practice. Currently serving as the Rehabilitation Performance Coach for the Melbourne Storm Rugby League Club in the NRL, Alex is passionate about maximising the rehabilitation and reconditioning period for injured athletes, as well as helping all athletes access professional level strength and conditioning services.
