Elijah is a warm and approachable Clinical Psychologist who has worked in psychology research and private and public mental health care settings. He has provided individual and group therapy for young people, adults and older adults. He has particular experience in helping older adults to manage their mental health.
Elijah uses evidence-based treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Mindful Self Compassion, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy.
