Tasma has completed a Masters of Educational and Developmental Psychology degree at Monash University. Tasma has experience working in schools and in private practice and has supported children and their families experiencing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, and self-esteem. She uses evidence based therapies such as CBT, ACT and mindfulness tailored to each individual and family. Ross Greene’s philosophy of ‘kids do well if they can’ underpins much of Tasma’s approach and she believes working together can help to identify and remove barriers to enable young people and their families to work more effectively towards their goals.
