Sherzan is a passionate and experienced therapist known for her practical, hands-on approach to mental health care. Specialising in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), she works with clients presenting with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD). Sherzan also has expertise in relationship dynamics, building resiliency and using narrative therapy to empower individuals to rewrite their own stories.
