Carol enjoys helping people get to the root cause of issues and develop plans to address them and takes personal satisfaction in empowering people to become self-sufficient to deal with future issues.
Carol has over 25years of professional experience in helping people to change and stay well through interpersonal counselling, consulting, coaching and change management. Her special interests include stress and trauma. She has 15yrs experience as a psychologist.
Her approach is underpinned by the empathic therapeutic model and is integrative of modalities that are tailored to the individual and the symptoms/concerns they are experiencing. She uses the biopsychosocial approach that considers biological, psychological, and social factors and their complex interactions in understanding health, illness, and health care delivery.
Carol provides evaluation, assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning across mental health concerns, child development, family violence and personal development. She provides services Privately and under Medicare, WorkCover, TAC, DVA, NDIS, VoCAT or EAP Agencies.
