Kathryn Lazarus is the Principal Psychologist at Mind At Ease Psychology. Kathryn enjoys providing psychological services to both children and adults across a broad range of mental health issues.
Kathryn's areas of interest include anxiety, depression (including ante/postnatal depression), lack of confidence and self-esteem issues, domestic violence, narcissism, personality disorders, childhood sexual abuse, relationship issues, grief and loss and post-traumatic stress disorder.
Kathryn uses both psychoeducation and a range of evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Neuropsychotherapy, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) and Mindfulness.
Kathryn has completed a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) degree at CQUniversity, and a Master of Applied Psychology at the University of Queensland. She is fully registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
