She understands the multi-faceted nature of mental health and the importance of lifting the mental health burden for an individual's quality of life. Amy offers an open and non-judgemental environment for people to speak, be heard, and find ways to move forward. Amy believes passionately in working collaboratively and tailoring sessions to suit each person. Amy has experience working in the public and private sectors, which includes people of many cultural and linguistic backgrounds. She has lived in regional Australia and overseas. She has worked with Indigenous Australians as well as migrant and refugee populations. Each stage of life can bring hurdles and complexity. Amy provides psychological services to individuals across the lifespan, of all sexualities, and with diverse abilities. She has worked in the field of geropsychology and is comfortable working with people diagnosed with a chronic condition or terminal illness. Amy respects each person's story.
