Directly involved at the coal face with allied health for last 3 years as a practitioner and also owner/director. 21 years actively involved in sport, fitness, sport science and athlete development. 8 years as a qualified Certificate IV in Fitness Trainer. 3 years as Campus Director and mentor for Australian Institute of Personal Trainers. 15 years as CEO of a regional sporting academy which also allowed me to assist at the grass root coaching level in athletic coaching, sports science testing and analysis for academy athletes in collaboration with the Sydney Academy of Sport and NSW Institute of Sport (NSWIS).
