I am a qualified naturopath with a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy), having graduated from the Australasian College of Natural Therapies in 2021. I have a special interest in managing gut health and hormone issues, such as IBS, endometriosis, PCOS, fatigue & burnout. As a naturopath, I strongly believe in treating the whole person, with the end goal being able to provide support in all areas, including physically, mentally and emotionally. Through empowering my patients to adopt lifestyle modifications and utilise food as medicine, I hope to reconnect my patients with their bodies. I am proud to share my knowledge and wisdom with my patients to support their development towards their optimal self.
