In her therapeutic practice, Jane offers private counselling services catering to diverse age groups. Employing a holistic and personalised approach, she integrates techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based therapies, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). Jane's philosophy centres on individual uniqueness, prioritising tailored interventions to address specific needs and foster inclusivity in mental health treatment. Natahsa is a Registered Psychologist with many years of experience in different clinical settings, including medical clinics, schools, employment services, and private organisations. She has experience working with adults on issues such as depression, anxiety, bullying, grief and loss, relationship conflicts, Trauma, self-esteem, coping with change and life adjustments. Her approach to interacting with her clients is guided by her values of being authentic, warm, friendly, open, and non-judgemental, which allows her to easily build strong rapport with her clients and make them feel comfortable and safe. Natasha has a keen interest in client-centred approach, drawing on an eclectic framework of therapeutic interventions. She uses a variety of evidence-based techniques in her therapeutic work including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Natasha’s aim is to equip her clients with evidence-based and practical strategies to facilitate change and move towards a richer and more meaningful life.
