Erin Farmer

Psychologist

Erin Farmer is a Registered Psychologist who works with children, adolescents and their families to achieve their mental health goals. With experience working with neurodiverse (such as Autism and ADHD) and neurotypical populations, Erin offers support for young people experiencing anxiety, low mood, social and behavioral difficulties, stress and low self-esteem. Erin enjoys applying the principles of evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solutions-focussed therapy in creative and playful ways. She adopts a client-centered, interest-based approach to support her clients to engage with and explore their thoughts and feelings. Erin also has an interest in how broader health approaches such as physical activity and food interrelate with mental health and she has work published in scientific journals in this area.
