Lily is a warm, approachable and empathetic counsellor, who supports her clients where they are at when they enter their therapeutic relationship with her. Seeing a counsellor for the first time can be daunting. Lily creates a safe and welcoming space for clients to explore their internal thoughts and emotions.
Lily is interested in working with clients experiencing grief, loss and transitions in life. Whether it be general life and work stressors, or trauma brought about by changes in a person’s circumstances, Lily supports each individual with nurturing care and compassion.
During these uncertain periods of change, Lily collaborates with clients to makes sense of their
confusing mixture of emotions.

She works with new parents to navigate their new relationship with compassion and

She is understanding that each person is different, and accepting of their individual challenges, fears, experiences and emotions. Lily attends to adults 18 and over from a wide range of backgrounds,
including clients from the LGBTQIA+ community.
Qualifications
Graduate Diploma in Counselling
Bachelor of Arts (Behavioural Studies)
Masters in Adult Education
Healing Trauma with Guided Drawing (currently completing)
