Ms Lu Moghilco

Dietitian

Hi, I’m Lu, an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD), Accredited Exercise Scientist (AES), and Accredited Sports Dietitian. I hold a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science from Deakin University and a Master’s degree in Dietetics Studies from The University of Queensland. My approach is evidence-based, holistic, and tailored to fit your lifestyle. I’m passionate about the Mediterranean diet and its role in promoting long-term health and longevity. For active individuals, I provide practical, evidence-based sports nutrition strategies to fuel performance, support recovery, and help achieve body composition and training goals. I love working with active individuals — especially women — who are looking to improve body composition and achieve healthy weight, enhance metabolic and hormonal health (through life stages like perimenopause and menopause), manage PCOS or endometriosis, and build sustainable habits for long-term well-being. I also support clients in managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, and insulin resistance. I believe in realistic, practical guidance, empowering people to feel confident and strong — both physically and mentally. No quick fixes, just steady progress and smart goal setting to help you thrive.
