I am a social worker and fertility & postpartum practitioner. I completed my university studies in 2007. I worked in a range of settings including foster care, homelessness, adoption (in the UK) & hospitals. After completing my family, I shifted focus and began study in the area of motherhood and postpartum. In 2019 I completed the Newborn Mothers doula training and all my subsequent training has focused on fertility, pregnancy and infant loss, postpartum and early parenting. I am also a volunteer with the Pink Elephants support network (miscarriage support). I am also on the pathway to being a NDC accredited practitioner. I have also begun the Motherhood Studies Practitioner certification with Dr. Sophie Brock.
