I thrive on helping people reach their full potential through accurate exercise prescription. I particularly enjoy working with older clientele and seeing the improvements they make by being able to complete their activities of daily living with ease. Exercise is medicine and I am proud to be part of this ever-growing allied health movement.
I am an eager and hard-working Exercise Physiologist who aims to assist people with a range of health conditions improve their quality of life. I use movement and exercise as my modality of treatment and find that this is an effective approach for successful long-term rehab for a wide range of conditions.

I have had the privilege of working in aged care since graduating in 2016. In that time I have gained an appreciation for chronic pain management and the contributing factors for one's muscle, joint or complex pain.
