I am a registered nurse specialising in perinatal mental health. My passion and focus is predominantly Aware Parenting, holding the Mother (& family) WITH their baby. One cannot be held without the other to create a beautiful connection and set the foundations for a secure attachment. If you are struggling to bond with you baby/toddler/child, have a baby who is unsettled, a defiant toddler and feel you need support to parent in a way that truly aligns with your values, I would be so willing to support you. In a consultation we will explore what happens to you when your baby/toddler/child has a particular triggering behaviour. We will together make sense of what is going on behind the crying/behaviour/anger/tantrums, how to best support yourself in this situation to then be able to hold space/support your little love through this.
