Kelsey is a Level 3 ACA registered Counsellor with over 5 years of experience working in the mental health field. She places a strong focus on working collaboratively with clients in order to increase their self-awareness and empower them to move through difficult life experiences. Counselling provides a safe space for you to discuss personal issues, mental health problems and life transitions, with the goal of empowering you to overcome adversity. Kelsey assumes that you are the expert of your own life, and will work collaboratively with you to develop understanding, strengthen your capacity to cope and assist you in discovering new beginnings.
