She works with individuals, couples, and groups, with experience across a breadth of mental health, life and career transitions, relationship needs and behavioural problems. Kate is especially interested in helping people through those sticky life changes, big and small, to help them make decisions and live more full and productive lives.
The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of Kate’s approach with emphasis placed on building a strong connection and trust. She believes this is the essential foundation to ignite the potential of people, fostering growth and deepening self-awareness to enable meaningful changes in a client’s life.
