Overview

Kasey is an AHPRA registered psychologist with experience working with clients across the lifespan within both Government and Private sectors of the community. Kasey has experience in treating the following range of presentations: - Anxiety and Panic disorders - Depression and other mood disorders - Grief and Loss - Self-Esteem and Self-Confidence - Social Skills - Sleep Difficulties - Managing Chronic Illness and/or chronic pain Kasey is passionate about working with individuals to achieve their therapeutic goals within a compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgmental environment. Kasey utilises a combination of evidence based techniques and strategies from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),  Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness-based therapies to assist individuals to achieve their therapeutic goals. "My aim is to educate and support clients to implement adaptive coping and self-care strategies, ensuring clients are well equipped to maintain their progress after therapy has concluded".
