I counsel holistically, with an integrative and eclectic style. I look at you as a whole person, not just someone with an issue, illness or label. You are the expert on your life and I’m here to guide you towards more of what has meaning and value to you. Together we will create a plan and come to understand the core of what is troubling you and how you can continue to live a healthy, vibrant and meaningful life.
My training is extensive and continues in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness. I also use a variety of other techniques and modalities depending on your needs.
Everyone looks at the world from a different perspective and I welcome all beliefs in my counselling sessions.
