UK-trained, Jennifer is an accredited psychotherapist with the British Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapies (BABCP) and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). In the therapy room, Jennifer offers an ethical commitment to provide a safe and confidential space where clients can explore their life difficulties without fear of judgment. She acknowledges and validates emotional wounds, and processes personal experiences with compassion before exploring evidence-based practical solutions to help clients overcome their challenges. The Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (CBT) approach that Jennifer specialises in is internationally recognised as one of the most established and well-researched psychological treatments, particularly effective for acute psychological difficulties. The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) recommends CBT as the first-line treatment for a wide range of mental health issues. Jennifer’s client-focused therapy is grounded in evidence and delivered with empathy. This safe and ethical foundation allows her to develop therapy collaboratively with clients, refining and tailoring support to meet their specific needs.
