As a mother of one son and two stepchildren, I understand the challenges of balancing work and family life, as well as navigating the complexities of living in a blended family. When I'm not cherishing moments with my loved ones, you can find me engaging in outdoor activities like hiking, camping, stand-up paddleboarding, or entertaining my two adorable miniature Dachshunds. With a rich background spanning over 16 years of experience as a registered Psychologist, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals aged 12 and above across a spectrum of settings including private practice, adult mental health services, private psychiatric hospitals, and school-based environments. My passion lies in providing a safe and nurturing space for clients to transform their relationship with challenging thoughts and emotions, explore vulnerabilities, and cultivate the awareness needed to address unhelpful behavioural patterns contributing to psychological distress. My goal is to guide individuals towards a life of purpose, meaning, and sustained wellbeing. I utilise an integrative therapeutic approach to assist clients in overcoming challenges such as adjustment difficulties, mood disorders, impulsive behaviours, depression, anxiety, anger management, substance dependence, grief, relationship issues, and various mental health conditions including borderline personality disorder (BPD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, and trauma-related symptoms. I also enjoy working with couples. Recognising the courage it takes to seek help; I am here to support you in every stage of your healing journey.
