Jemma has worked in a variety of settings including the Royal Children’s Hospital. Her areas of expertise include paediatric nutrition (fussy eating, allergies, weight management and other paediatric issues) as well as food intolerance (IBS, fructose/lactose malabsorption, elimination diets) for all ages. Jemma is currently testing an abundance of allergy friendly recipes as her family gives her the perfect test subjects. Between coeliac disease, FODMAP malabsorption, milk/soy allergy and a vegetarian-they know how to challenge her! She is also interested in women’s health-including nutrition during pregnancy/lactation & PCOS.
Additionally, Jemma provides talks to workplaces, schools, early childhood centres, other organisations, health professionals & university students.
In her spare time (what spare time?) Jemma enjoys spending time outdoors with her son & 2 dogs, as well as great food & wine!
