She has felt honoured to be a part of their therapeutic journey, where clients have found the courage to address areas of their life that have felt stuck and have contributed to their distress. Jasmine has supported many clients to identify current triggers, recognise any unhelpful core beliefs and works with her clients to develop helpful coping strategies. By providing genuine care, Jasmine has helped clients feel more grounded in what matters to them and supported them to make lasting changes.
