I completed my Doctorate of Clinical Psychology at Monash University, my thesis focusing on trauma. I work predominantly with: Depression Anxiety Borderline personality disorder Narcissistic personality disorder Trauma Relationship difficulties Alienation Addiction Loss of meaning/lack of direction in life Outside of my one-on-one clinical practice, I facilitate a range of workshops focussed on emotional wellbeing and am currently contracted with Landcare building a program focusing on our relationship between nature and mental health.
