Dr Merima Isakovic

Psychologist

Dr Merima Isakovic is the founder and Director of the Inspire Clinical Psychology practice. She is Inspire’s Principal Clinical Psychologist and the Clinical NeuroPsychologist. She has devoted her working life to building a safe and nurturing nest where all Psychologists in her Inspire practice are genuinely warm, respectful and empathic practitioners with high ethical values, valuable clinical skills and wide experience, who value you for who you are and can inspire and help you grow the best in you, our Client. Dr Merima is exceptionally warm, devoted and skilled at helping people, with many years of professional experience in psychotherapy, neuropsychotherapy, psychological counselling, clinical & neuropsychological assessment, as well as research, clinical supervision and mentoring across Australia and internationally. Dr Merima is a well-respected member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) as well as New Zealand Psychological Society (NZPS) and highly regarded Clinical Supervisor among the Colleague Psychologists. Dr Merima has been devoted to and working with Clients of all ages including children, young people, adults, seniors, couples and families as well as people who struggle with addiction, personality issues, recovery from complex injury, cancer (psycho-oncology) and other challenging illnesses requiring major life adjustments. In addition to clinical work, Dr Merima has been providing effective specialist services to a diverse range of Clients in various therapeutic settings, including the provision of consultancy and mentoring for the Medical Health Specialists.

Dayne Camara is a dedicated, passionate and enthusiastic Psychologist (General Registration) who enjoys working with children, adolescents, adults and the elderly. He has a particular interest in working with Clients who experience Anxiety, Phobias, Behaviour Problems, or Trauma, Chronic pain and suicidality as well as those Clients who need support surrounding Academic Performance or Coping with Disability. Dayne is a genuinely warm, respectful and empathic practitioner with high ethical values, valuable clinical skills and wide experience; who values you for who you are, and can inspire and help you grow the best in you.

Mr Isaac Spryszynski

Psychologist

Isaac Spryszynski is a passionate, driven, and empathetic Psychologist (General Registration, Clinical Psychology Registrar) who enjoys working with people from all stages of life. He works at both the Southport Central and Brickworks locations at the Gold Coast and can facilitate services to people throughout Australia via Telehealth. He has worked in many settings with children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly to assist people who hope to access various psychological services. Isaac is able to assist people who wish to utilise NDIS or WorkCover services, engage in psychometric assessment, or psychological counselling-related services. Isaac utilises a tailored and eclectic therapeutic approach by harnessing a variety of counselling and therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapeutic techniques. Isaac enjoys working with clients from all walks of life and is enthusiastic about providing his clients with the best possible care he can to help facilitate personal growth. Ms Samara O'Loughlan

Psychologist

Samara O’Loughlan is a warm and empathetic Generally Registered Psychologist with close to 10 years’ experience in the field of Psychology. She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and has worked in various settings with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. She has experience working in a private outpatient clinic as well as in non-for-profit organisations and mental health clinics. Samara is focused on working with clients to help them develop effective strategies and gain valuable insight to improve their life and ease suffering. Each session provides the client an opportunity to explore areas of concern, gain insight, and experience positive outcomes as well as finding new and valuable ways to manage life’s challenges.

Ms Wenting Ruan

Wenting Ruan is a warm and dedicated bilingual (Mandarin and English speaking) Clinical Psychologist working in our Gold Coast offices, and also seeing clients Australia-wide via Telehealth. She is able able to help those who wish to access services through Medicare, NDIS, Insurance, WorkCover (any insurer Return to Work or Adjustment to Injury claim), Private Health Insurance or Victim Assist; as well as privately referred clients. Wenting enjoys working with adolescents, adults, and the elderly and people from various cultural backgrounds. She has a particular interest in working with Clients who experience Anxiety, Depression, Behaviour Problems, or Trauma, health issues and suicidality as well as those Clients who need support surrounding cultural adjustment. Wenting received her previous education in China, Australia, Spain, Cuba and Austria. She has clinical experiences in the psychology clinic, oncology centre, palliative care, and neurodegenerative disease field. She utilises a variety of counselling styles and interventions such as Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness and Behaviour therapy.  Wenting is committed to empowering clients and maximising each individual’s potential to overcome challenges and achieve their desired life goals while supporting her clients to build practical strategies to address their concerns. She believes each person is different and therefore, she takes a client-centered approach to meet each person’s therapeutic needs. She deeply cares about clients and follows a holistic treatment approach, aiming to improve each person’s wellbeing, their relationships with themselves and others.
