Dean has over 25 years experience as a Counselling Psychologist working in senior clinical leadership roles in various government agencies, private practice and corporate sectors, including: Private pediatric neurology medical and child psychology practices with children experiencing learning and behavioural difficulties, - The disability sector through charitable organisations, - NSW Department of Community Service (Governance), - NSW Police (high risk and special services), - NSW Health including Westmead Hospital and Royal Rehabilitation Centre Sydney, - Federal Department of Human Services, - Albion Street Sexual Health Clinic, and - Open Training and Education Network (OTEN).
