I incorporate the core values of a person-centered approach, which simply means that the focus of therapy is on your concerns, wishes and priorities. My training is in the use of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused (SFT), Attachment and trauma theory, Somatic theory and practices, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, Psycho-education and Self-care practices.
