Hazlin Lockman Psychiatrist

Dr Hazlin Lockman has extensive experience in mental health with 20 years experience working as a consultant in 2 countries - Malaysia and Australia. Dr Lockman has a special interest in evidence-based recovery and biological type treatment for severe adult mental illness diagnosis. Whilst in Australia, Dr Lockman has worked mainly in the public sector as a Community Psychiatrist. She has good interpersonal character which is an important value to have when working with a multidisciplinary team within the community health service. Dr Lockman was also appointed as a senior lecturer with the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, University of Queensland. This special interest in teaching is a continuity of her former position as a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine, University Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
