I have experience supporting adults with a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety and depression, interpersonal issues, and adjustment difficulties. I am practiced in a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and will tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. I also have specialised skills in neuropsychological assessment and cognitive rehabilitation and can help you learn about brain-behaviour relationships and their impact on your mental health.
