I am a experienced Psychotherapist/ Counsellor who works with adults, couples and children to make their lives better. I have worked in private practice, community settings and feel comfortable working with people from all walks of life. I use a variety of approaches to find what fits with individual clients. I have studied Gestalt Psychotherapy/Counselling, CBT, Mindfulness, Buddhist Psychology as well as Body therapies. I do believe people are inherently good and happy but sometimes get blocked and cannot reach their potential. Part of the work is to let them gain the space to be free and happy again.
