I have focused on providing group therapy in my new practice. I want to use my experience as a psychologist to teach kids, adolescents and adults the skills needed to live a better life. I have been working as a registered psychologist for 15 years. My previous employers include Federal and NSW governments in departments including Centrelink and NSW State Rail. My private employers have included numerous private rehabilitation companies and JobAccess providers. Since moving to Port Macquarie three years ago, I have worked as a psychologist in private practice in Kempsey, at Headspace in Port Macquarie, as a school counsellor in a private high school and as a casual lecturer at CSU. My education background includes a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours at the University of New England. I have been registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) since 2004 and have engaged in specific psychological training including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
