Rachel completed her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics with Honours at the University of Newcastle. Rachel takes a patient-centred approach, working collaboratively with clients to develop personalised, sustainable nutrition strategies tailored to each individual’s needs.
Rachel is committed to creating a supportive, non-judgemental space where clients are empowered to build a positive relationship with food and make informed choices that support long-term well-being.
Rachel enjoys all areas of nutrition and chronic disease management, with particular interest surrounding gastrointestinal conditions, disordered eating, and nutrition for performance.
